Policies

Cancellation & refund policy

You can cancel or change your booking up to 4 hours before your appointment. To do this, WhatsApp +91 8304933568 or call 8304933568 and share your booking code (for example MBZ-0042).
No payment is taken when you book online, so there is nothing to refund. You pay at your visit.
If you can't make it, please tell us as early as you can so we can give the time to someone else.
If Glow Beauty Parlour has to cancel your booking, we will tell you as early as possible and offer you another time.

Your booking is confirmed when you receive our confirmation.
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or move you to another time.
Prices shown as "from" are starting prices. The final price may depend on your needs, and we will tell you before we start.
Payments go directly to Glow Beauty Parlour. Online payments are made by UPI to Glow Beauty Parlour's own UPI account.
Bookings are managed using mbiz.online, a booking service. Your booking is an agreement between you and Glow Beauty Parlour.
These terms, and our cancellation policy, apply to every booking made online with Glow Beauty Parlour.

When you book, we collect your name, WhatsApp number, email address (if you give it) and any note you add.
We use these only to manage your booking: to confirm it, send reminders, contact you about changes and, after your visit, ask for a review.
We do not ask for any payment card or bank details. UPI payments happen in your own UPI app.
We don't sell or share your details for marketing. mbiz.online stores your booking on behalf of Glow Beauty Parlour, and emails are sent through an email provider for us.
We keep booking records for as long as we need them for our accounts. To see, correct or delete your details, WhatsApp +91 8304933568, call 8304933568 or email mobiraja2003@gmail.com.
